Pyrokinetic

Though appearing outwardly normal, rogue psykers are a subtle form of mutant. Most are detected early by the Justice Department and are either trained to become psi-judges or are kept far away from other citizens where their talents are channelled into being used for the good of the city. A few manage to escape the net and often seek the protection of street gangs who keep them far from the prying eyes of the Law in exchange for their unique talents.
