A fairly rare ship, the salvage cruiser is used as a mobile base to support pirate operations. Constantly having to relocate to different sectors to avoid the Federation, the Orion pirates use these ships to refuel and refurbish raiders, but they also have the tools to strip hijacked ships of anything valuable.
This product is being done as a joint venture with Amarillo Design Bureau, inc., under the strict terms of their contract with Paramount Pictures Corporation..
