RedBrick Limited (aka the 'Brick) was formed in September 2003, taking on board a license for FASA's "Earthdawn" fantasy roleplaying game. Our business model was simple: utilise electronic and print-on-demand technologies for printing and distribution; build communities for fans of our games to gather and discuss; make the best products we can with the resources we have. Since then, RedBrick has brought on board additional game lines, including Holistic Design Inc's "Fading Suns" and Biohazard Games' "Blue Planet" sci-fi roleplaying games, and working on its own "Equinox" and "Age of Legend 4e" game lines.
The company is based in Auckland, New Zealand, where, contrary to popular worldwide belief, the countryside is overrun by neither sheep nor hobbits. RedBrick Limited is a small company -- just two shareholders -- but we have an energetic and active development team, split across multiple game lines and continents, who do the most fantastic job collating, writing, reviewing, and making quality roleplaying game products for our fans. Our web sites have become hubs for our game communities, and we strive to keep discussions friendly and helpful to fans, old and new.
